Description
The Swiss Water® Process method consists of a 100% natural processing technique without the use of chemicals which, using only three elements: water, temperature and time, manages to naturally decaffeinate each coffee bean . By combining this method with the finest arabicas and a specific roasting, we are able to obtain an intriguing decaffeinated coffee, without affecting the body of the coffee. In the cup it has an absent acidity and evident notes of hazelnuts, almonds and chocolate. The aftertaste, on the other hand, highlights a vein of malt and toasted cereals.
