Shipping to taly
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via Bartolini FermoPoint or GLS with tracking and drop-off without signature. Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage. Shipping costs may vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected.
Shipping is free with GLS for orders over €49.90 and with Bartolini for orders over €59.90
Withdraw at the administrative office
Once your order is ready, you can collect it from our offices in Via Castellamonte 1, Turin, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00.
Shipping to Europe

Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery destination. The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected.
Shipping is free for orders over €130.
Returns
Products must be returned within 14 days of the date of written notification of the return.
Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, if they were free at the time of ordering. If the shipping costs were paid by the customer at the time of ordering, they will be borne by Tresessanta.
The essential condition for a return is that the customer returns the products in their original condition, intact, and in the packaging in which they were delivered, along with any accessories or instruction manuals. Tresessanta may refuse to accept returns of products that are not intact and/or have been damaged or tampered with.
