Finca don Pancho is a small piece of land located near the village of Pachapa, in the Las Capucas area. The coffee plantation is shaded by legumes and plane trees. The microlot is managed and strictly controlled by Francisco Villeda Panchito who takes care of it personally. The collection is carried out in the months preceding the Christmas period. Francisco produces his microlot from just two hectares of land.
