Embraced by the volcanoes of the Caribbean, this coffee has accompanied the awakening of the American people for generations.
200 grammi
Description
Santo Domingo Barahona grows in shaded plantations on the mythical island of Hispaniola, an appendage of the volcanic chain that embraces the Caribbean. An ecosystem with a large biodiversity index and a tropical microclimate moderated by north-east winds give this coffee a good body and low acidity. In the cup, dark chocolate, walnuts and a hint of cigar tobacco express themselves a lot while we find a clean aftertaste with light spicy notes.
