Description

The biodiversity of species and varieties in Ethiopia is unique in the world, and the immense variety of aromas that can be found in these coffees makes them unique. This coffee grows in a predominantly mountainous area at high altitudes and is cultivated in small plots by farmers. Harvested from October to January, this coffee grows between 1500 and 1800 meters above sea level on particularly sunny plateaus. The drupes are harvested manually, dried on raised African beds, and then peeled. In the cup we have a vigorous body and light acidity for a coffee with a sweet taste and a fruity aroma with notes of chocolate and wild red fruits.
