The Specialties we have chosen for you are very high quality coffees, from small farms, according to the scoring standards and guidelines for coffee classification, as green coffee beans score 80 points or more on the Coffee Review scale , beans that contain a maximum of 5 defects and are manually harvested one by one. These coffees come from geographical areas where the microclimate has a significant impact on the sensory properties of the bean. The terroir is revealed in the drupe and this is how we have important sensorial characteristics, coffees free from defects and full of qualities. Another fundamental aspect of these coffees is the traceability of the raw material and the sustainability of the production with adequately paid farmers who are super attentive to the selection of beans, to give us magical emotions.
